Procurement Planning & Strategy
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational
objectives to optimize cost, efficiency, and supply continuity.
• Plan and forecast procurement requirements based on business demand,
market trends, and operational priorities.
• Maintain optimized inventory levels through proactive procurement planning.
• Keep updated knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and
market conditions.
Vendor Identification & Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers/vendors capable of meeting
company requirements for materials and services.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor database, including supplier codes
and category classification.
• Conduct periodic market surveys to expand and diversify the supplier base,
including localization opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and escalate critical supplier
issues to management.
