Job Description

Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
Determines best method to resolve complex customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to organizational policies.
Coordinates information to resolve problems.

Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provides guidance and training to lower level representatives.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, products, and services.Download the schedule forecast from customer portal and share to internal team for planning (M&M, TML, Hyundai & MSIL)
Download the shipping schedule from customer portal and plan for delivery to fulfil the customer requirement.
Monitoring the FG stock as per Min/Max policy and ensure on time delivery performance.
