Data Analysis & MIS Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.

Analyze planned vs. actual production and highlight variances.

Monitor KPIs such as production output, line efficiency, downtime, and inventory levels.

Develop dashboards and automated reports using Advanced Excel.

Production Planning Support

Assist in production scheduling and capacity planning.

Support material planning and coordination with supply chain teams.

Analyze demand forecasts and support monthly production plans.

Track adherence to production schedules and dispatch timelines.

Process Improvement

Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in production processes.

Provide data-backed recommendations to improve productivity.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams.

Ensure accuracy of data captured from ERP/MRP systems.

Present analytical insights to planning and operations management.
