Employee State Insurance(ESI)Scheme - HR policy

Employees will be covered under ESI as per ESI Act 1948. The eligibility criteria will be effective as per the salary limit notified by ESIC.

The employer’s contribution is exact 4.75% of the overall salary and employee’s contribution towards Employee state insurance (ESI) is 1.75% of the salary as per the above said Act.
