Provide technical support to customers and meet customers together with the commercial team to achieve the company business objective on product acceptance and approval.
Manage both internal & customer projects assign them to the Food technologists and monitor periodically. Share knowledge with the team in case they need any guidance related to any
projects.
Good knowledge about the specialty fats and oils in the food industry.
Master degree in Food science / Nutrition / Food Technology and additional qualification
preferably with PhD or MBA.
Minimum to years in Bakery / Confectionery industry with good knowledge on oils and
fats industry among which minimum years’ experience in providing technical support to
customers.
