1.Identifying workplaces hazards, assessing risks, and developing risk mitigation strategies to eliminate or minimize potenional safety hazards and prevent accidents
2.organizing safety training Programs, workshops and drill to educate employees on safety practices ,emergency procedures and regulatory requirements to ehance safety awarness
3.Observing work activities ,inspecting equipments and enforrcing safety protocols to ensure compliance with safety standards best proactices and legal requirments.
4.Investigate accidents or near misses to identify the root cause of the problem and make recommendations for how to prevent it from happening again
5. Provide training to promote a safe workplace.
6.Monitor and anticipate hazardous and unsafe situations, collect the Near miss forms from shopfloor and implement the action report .
7.Inspect the fire protection equipments and maintain the priodical plan as per stanadard recomentation
8.Give the Training to ERT members and plan to excecute the safety training as per the plan
9.Excecute the yearly safety improvement plan
10.Monitor the Plant safety Sustainability data and meet the customer requirement
11.Managing and implementing the best practics as per customer recomentation and inline withthere safety standards
12.Fulfill the plant ESG,GHG,LCA,CDP requirment and inline with customer standards
13.Implementing the best practices of GHG emisson controls and inline with the customer standards.
