Setting injection Molding machine process as per scientific approach
individually.
• New Product Trial Run of Proto and Production Tools.
• Setting process as per scientific approach.
• Involved in New Product Development Material Selection And Tooling
Corrections.
Involved in Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) And Process Failure
Mode Effect Analysis(PFMEA).
• Responsible For New tool Parts And Material As Per Tool BOM Receiving By
Manufacturing Team OR from supplier.
• Making assembly and Matching OF tool and making tool ready for trial run.
• By conducting trial checking part initially and if defect produced then doing
corrective action on same.
• Producing okay samples submit Samples For SIR report to Quality Team.
Maintain Documentation of Trial reports and Observations.
• Making Kaizens to control rejection, low cycle time and Cost saving activities in
process Flow.
• Workind As IATF internal Auditor and Knowledge of FIVE Core tools (
APQP,MSA,FMEA,SPC, PPAP)
