Job Description

Production Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly production plans based on customer schedules and forecasts
Create and maintain master production schedules (MPS)
Capacity planning and line balancing to meet production targets.
Monitor plan vs actual, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Material Planning & Control
Coordinate with purchase & stores for RM, bought-out items, and sub-contract materials.
Maintain optimum inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG).
Track shortages, excess, and slow-moving inventory.
Customer & Dispatch Coordination
Align production plans with OEM schedules / EDI / customer forecasts.
Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance.
Coordinate dispatch plans with logistics and warehouse teams
Advanced Excel & Data Analysis
Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards for:
Production tracking
Inventory status
Capacity utilization
Customer schedule adherence
