Job Description

1. Prepare schedule of Maintenance for Preventive / predictive maintenance of all Rig Fleet Equipment based on OEM Recommendations and organization policies.
2. Up keep record of Preventive / Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of all Rig Fleet Equipment.
3. Check and Review Daily HSD Consumption of all Diesel Engines and to optimize same by using latest trends and techniques.
4. Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for preventive / predictive maintenance and execute same for making 100% availability of all Rig Equipment.
5. Diagnose / Trouble shoot breakdown problems, find the cause of occurrence of same and prevent re-occurrence of same by adopting reliable solutions.
6. Generate and present Maintenance Expense of all Major Rig fleet equipment and comparison of same with depreciate Asset value for optimum / economic Rig operation.
7. Forecast maintenance budget of all Rig fleet monthly, and submit same to final review of GM Maintenance.
8. Consultation with Equipment Manufacturer and OEM Certified Services parties for regular health check up of all Equipment as per manufacturer’s service interval, to ensure maximum optimum availability of all Rig fleet Equipment.
9. Coordination with site maintenance personnel for their regular maintenance spares / tools requirement and fulfill same.
10. Review site maintenance and critical spares requirement and ensure minimum stock inventory of same at Rig site store as well as at central warehouse.
11. Ensure save and environment friendly operation of all Rig Fleet Equipment.
12. Prepare Monthly MIS of Preventive Maintenance considering Preventive Maintenance Cost / Breakdown Maintenance Cost and percentage downtime of all Rig Fleet Equipment and define MTBF, MTTR and Equipment availability.
