Job Description

Key Account and Client relationship management
• Customer communication and appropriate Response
New Business Development
• Spotting Business opportunities and increasing Business volumens
• Compititor Analysis
• RFI/ RFQ management
• Internal Coordination with CFT & Overseas Vendor partners
• Monitoring and maintaining due dates of Quotes
• Best possibel efforts to convert the RFQ in Business
• Managing Pre Sales and Post Sales activities
Driving Project Management and New Product Deveopment
• For Time delievries of parts for various customer evenets
• for enabling required part supplies for Customer builds
• For SOP Readiness , Line Readiness, Imports planning , Child parts planning, Quality Docs Closures
Supply Chain Management
• Overall ownership to ensure continuous feeding to MSIL /SMG assembly lines
• Stocks , Transit , coverage as per customer norms
• Controlling of overall stocks , interms of Slow moving , Old parts etc
• Close coordination with Imports team for Parts flow , Ordering , covergaes etc.
• Joint meetings with Overseas suppliers and local (if required).
Reviews
• Daily Review with operation , purchase , for Sales /Sales challenges for OE and Spares
• Weekly Review for NPD parts
• Weekly Review with Imprts tema for current covergae and upcoming scenario
• Monthly Review for Sales plan
• Real time updates to Internal Teams for new projects , SOPs/EOPs and other critical events.
Commercials
• Continuous focus on increasing and improving Top Line
• Identifying and eliminating ,in between loss to ensure best possible profitability
• Ensuring to raise required claims for Imports, Capacity , Air freights ,
• Prices increase and corrections
• Cooridnation for tooling payments
Cooridnation for Quality Meetings , Audits, Approvals , Ratings ,CARV , Supplier changes etc.
Crisis Management - Handling key hurdles and trubulances in overall SCM , interacting with almost all Overseas vendors for seeking support and ensuring continuity of OEM lines
