Support in on need based site trainings to OEM's, top contractors, key end customers at customer place to help customers better understand the product /Solutions features, Installation, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting
Addressing Telephonic / short support calls from customers on technical clarifications
Prepare videos/quick reference guides on product features/ installation/maintenance / Electrical needs and troubleshooting for key products
Support in exhibitions / road shows / virtual external technical needs
Technical validation of performance measurement through field trials / validate value proposition of key automation and new products/solutions
Support virtual technical training needs for sales, Service providers and other stake holders on various topics like safety, Installation / service, Automation, New products etc.,
Benchmark, validate and build value proposition vs key competition in both existing and new product portfolio.
Support in early product trails / reporting performance / providing feedback on new products/solutions
Lead and support trouble free 1st user experience on all such products
Providing spares recommendation for stock by analysing sales history, product performance and market demand.
Lead in Retrofit /refurbishing business with key end users
Interact with key consultants, end customers etc., in positioning our products and solutions, product technologies and general brand building.
Act as a pivotal single point contact between sales and D&E/OEM / factory on all technical needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in NH3 Refrigeration with five years in screw refrigeration System as application Engineer/manager role in cold chain industry. • Experience of Auto Cad and drawings. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
