3. Profit & Loss Responsibility:
• Take ownership of P&L for the service delivery function, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Implement strategies to optimize costs and increase profitability, focusing on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure proper budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and agile delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
5. Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, resolving challenges to maintain service integrity and trust.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
6. Performance Management:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Regularly report to executive leadership on delivery performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in IT services, application development, or software delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L oversight and budgeting. • Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams and delivering complex IT solutions to global clients with focus in US, Canada, Europe and Australia. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results, problem-solving, and innovation.
