1. Handling of HR activities i.e. recruitment, joining, training, policy updation & managing and
coordination of staff welfare activities.
2. Good knowledge of Time office & payroll management.
3. Knowledge of Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, Labour Department & FRRO)
4. Handling of all admin related vendors i.e. Insurance, Utility, stationers, housekeeping, printing,
security agency, taxi, internet/mobile service provider.
5. Coordination with India branch & sales offices.
6. Knowledge of ISO & other admin
MBAPG (HR) with - yrs of experience in HR & Admin role. Preferably from Japanese MNC
