Are you passionate about logistics, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service? We’re hiring a Sea Import Customer Service Representative to manage international shipments from booking to final delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Customer Communication:
Primary contact for sea import shipments, keeping customers updated on status, delivery, and potential changes.
Shipment Coordination:
Manage shipping instructions and schedules, working with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses for timely clearance and delivery.
Customer Service & Problem Resolution:
Address customer queries or complaints and collaborate with teams to resolve shipping, customs, or delivery issues.
Track & Trace Shipments:
Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and provide customers with timely tracking updates.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, including costs, delays, and special instructions. Provide detailed reports to customers and internal teams.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:** High school diploma required; a degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus!
**Experience:** Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferably sea imports) preferred.
**Skills:**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of import regulations, customs, and sea freight logistics.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
