Job Description
Shall have rich experience and good knowledge of welding and machining process for heavy engineering
industries. Depth knowledge of manufacturing process and all techniques of Inspection / testing (Dimension,
Visual and NDT) for machined and fabricated components.
Familiar with all quality tools for RCA / 8D and implementation of Lesson learnt implementation at Suppliers end.
?Knowledge of Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45000 & 3834) and certified auditor
Document review and compilation for customer submission. Also responsible for the customer
inspection at supplier end.
NC Generation, Technical discussion with design for disposition, follow-up for NC closing
