Job Description

Own programme plans, schedules, risk registers, and milestone tracking for the aerostat and
drone-show verticals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical, avionics, software, RF, and ground-station
engineering.
• Drive qualification and compliance activities (MIL-STD-810H/461G, DGCA, airworthiness) in
partnership with R&D.
• Manage vendor and partner interfaces — radar, tether, winch, envelope material, payload, and
component suppliers.
• Lead site surveys, mobilisation, and field execution for drone shows and aerostat trials; own
go/no-go readiness.
• Track budgets, BOMs, and procurement timelines; flag critical-path risks early and drive
resolution.
• Interface with defence customers (Indian Army, IAF, Indian Navy, iDEX/DIO) for reviews, trials,
and acceptance.
• Institutionalise programme management practices — WBS, stage-gates, design reviews, and
lessons-learned processes.
