Job Description

GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PLSQL
1. Incident management:
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, prioritize and resolve application incidents according to customer expectations
3. compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports
4. Service request management:
5. Access management
6. Feedback
7. Database exports/imports
8. Dispatching of tickets
9. Knowledge management
10. Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities in applications and support processes
11. Contribution to data quality and usability of applications
12. Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Quality Assurance Team and Business Partners
13. Understanding business priorities.

2. High level of English (spoken and written)
3. Creative problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
4. Target-oriented, structured, self-dependent and proactive way of work and good ability for abstract thinking

7. Ability to work under pressure
8. High empathy and emotional intelligence
9. Oracle database and SQL knowledge
10. At least 2 years of experience as support engineer
11. Interest in the sales processes of global enterprises
12. Technical education (university) or similar practical experience
13. Atlassian product knowledge like Jira and Confluence
14. Agile methods in software development and SCRUM knowledge
