1. In-depth knowledge in laws and regulations applicable to Mining, Power Manufacturing Sector (Metals) particularly Mining & Environmental Laws, Electricity Laws, Industrial Laws, Contract Act.
2. Handling high value arbitration and other litigations arising from Contracts.
3. Experience in managing litigations before High Courts, Lower Courts, Tribunals ( Industrial Tribunals, OERC Statutory) & other statutory bodies.
4. Experience in briefing Senior Counsels & Counsels.
5. Building effective strategy for management high value commercial/ arbitration disputes.
6. Providing legal advisory and research-oriented service on various legal issues, consultation, and legal opinion to company on internal legal queries on various business decision and to ensure compliance of activities with legal requirements.
7. Drafting, vetting, negotiations, and finalization of various kinds of Commercial contracts, Service-related contracts, lease deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Leave & License agreements and ensuring compliant of legal requirement. In-depth knowledge & experience in doing property due diligence and drafting of Sale Deed & other Conveyance Deeds.
8. Liasioning with lawyers and ensure timely review and closure of litigation.
