Job Description

• Effectively understand the customer Requirements (Engineering, Sourcing,Quality, Mfg, EHS, Audit, Service etc.) and communicate to company relevent Teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Monitor project expenses, track variances, and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization. Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Proactively resolve project-related problems and escalate issues to PM/ KAM / senior management when necessary. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to industry regulations.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations of project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
• Visit and Communicate frequently with OEM'S as and when required to maintain or achieve healthy relationship at all levels of their organization. Provide guidance and advice to the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • To collect and understand the customer pain points, do the Line walk, meet line managers, operators, understand their poain points, observations, discuss improvement area etc. Benchmarking study at A2MAC1, meeting with key individuals at Customer end to collect the data and validate the same.
