• Act as an HRBP for multiple Service Delivery functions with in Shared Service Centre
• Align and execute HR strategies in line with the Business requirements and create Future Roadmap for service delivery functions
• Responsible to recruit critical roles with speed and ensure the right person are placed on right jobs
• Design and deliver HR Strategies and outcomes especially across Talent Management and Organisational Development
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding formalities for the new hires
• Demonstrate tangible cost saving / process efficiencies and improvement, in areas that affect HR operations (internal / external) covering all employee life cycle processes in close coordination with Continuous Improvement Function
• Drive high performance standards throughout the teams measuring effectiveness against agreed SLAs and KPIs and providing insight to the team and the organisations stakeholders on what is required to improve operations.
• Moving from event based engagement to meaningful engagement
• Create employees career progression plan executed through capability development and skill mapping
• Create Standard Operating Procedures for various HR and administrative processes Benchmarking the Salaries across Industry to maintain parity with similar set ups
• Assist conflict resolution and manage disciplinary issues on site and deal quickly and efficiently with employee queries
• Problem solving skills and structured approach
• Exceptional verbal and written communications
• Leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and agility to change in fast-paced dynamic environment
