RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the entire IT infrastructure of about 60-70 users
• Well versed and hands on experience in Windows, MS Office, LAN, WiFi, Lease line,
PRI, Broadband, Firewall, Routers, Switches, EPABX, Printers & other
hardware/software installation, configuration, testing & trouble shooting
• Periodical maintenance/update of IT hardware/software & maintaining records of
same
• Periodical IT security audit & ensuring security software/systems are up to date.
• Maintaining records of all IT hardware & software
• Training company employees on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• Responding to general IT requests
• Liaising & following up with vendors for IT matters
