Analytics Training Hub is seeking a passionate and dynamic Educational Counselor to join our team. The Educational Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding and informing students about our diverse range of courses and educational offerings. As an Educational Counselor, you will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey, and assisting them in selecting courses that align with their academic goals and career aspirations.


Responsibilities:
Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done
Performing counseling & proper career guidance for students
Converting Walk-ins into Admissions
Resolving candidate queries relating to course
Ability to communicate with senior-level management, to demonstrate counseling services over the phone
Achieving Sales target month on month
Maintaining the follow-up database


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling or a related field.
Proven experience as an Educational Counselor or a similar role in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
In-depth knowledge of various educational courses and programs, including their benefits and career prospects.
Ability to empathize with students, understand their needs, and provide personalized guidance.
