Co-ordinate with FSSAI, State Governments, Industry, International and Domestic Domain Experts and other stakeholders on executing consultative workshops for seeking and capturing inputs on relevant alcobev projects including Food Safety, Regulatory and Quality aspects
Develop publications, infographics, training modules on benchmarks in Food Safety and Quality / risk based approaches/ Regulatory compliance for food safety in Alcoholic Beverage Sector for SMB Industries
Carry out Technical Collaborative Studies/ Projects with Industry like Product Authenticity testing at Market place and manufacturing and others
Help in designing and organising Workshops & On Line Training Modules to promote Science Behind Food Safety, Identify Best Practices for the sector and design and execute Technical Event Management by reaching out to Global experts
Design, Develop and execute Food Safety Regulatory workshops / Consumer Empowerment initiatives
Convene Management, Scientific Advisory and Steering Committee meetings
Co-ordinate and conduct Meetings with FSSAI/ Govt on key issues related to CeSRAC Workplan
Help develop 2 Training modules on Authenticity testing and others as required in consultation with experts
Develop Concept Notes and update with inputs prior and post every Event. Project, Technical sessions
Minimum 2 programs a Quarter
Execute projects as per workplan within timelines
Minimum Once a month
Qualification: Food Technologist/ Food Safety/ Food Science/ or Biological Science Post Graduate.
Experience:
• About 10 years experience in Regulatory, FSMS and Technical Operations in the Alcoholic Beverage sector
• Preferably Approved FoSTaC Trainer in Advanced Manufacturing
• Good understanding of Regulatory Aspects related to the Alcoholic sector
• Preferably Have technical publications to his/ her credit
