Analyze learning outcomes and work with the editorial team to design instructional the solution that aligns with business requirement
Develop innovative ideas for instructional design & storyboarding for various learning modes and learning styles
Responsible for designing mock-ups, prototypes, and storyboards
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging deliverables
Understand the agile methodology and have experience in creating learning content using agile approaches such as rapid learning content, agile learning design and successive approximation model.
