Job Description

• Coaching and training teams in agile frameworks and methodologies
• Setting up agile processes together with the team
• Help to continuously improve processes and enable team members to focus and deliver
• Support agile team transitions
• Facilitate teams in removing impediments
• Enhance agile methods within the teams and overall organization
• Detailed knowledge in agile methodologies and frameworks e.g. Scrum, Kanban
• Dedication to “Agile”
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong communication skills
• Good overall IT knowledge and experience is helpful
• Ability to work independently and globally and to think analytically
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools)
