Yatra Online Ltd has announced a major leadership transition, appointing Siddhartha Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 25 November 2025, while co-founder Dhruv Shringi is elevated to Executive Chairman.
This move is part of Yatra’s strategic restructuring to accelerate its growth trajectory, especially in the corporate travel and managed business travel segment. Under his new role, Shringi will steer long-term company strategy, with emphasis on innovation, global expansion, and value creation for shareholders.
Siddhartha Gupta brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, B2B SaaS, and digital transformation to Yatra’s leadership table. His previous stints include senior roles at SAP, HP, and several high-growth SaaS firms.
Gupta said he is “thrilled to join Yatra at such a pivotal moment.” He highlighted that his key priorities will be to accelerate growth, deepen Yatra’s technological capabilities, and expand the company’s presence globally. “Together, we will scale Yatra to new heights, strengthen our international presence, and continue setting benchmarks in managed business travel,” he said.
Shiringi, in his remarks, expressed confidence that Gupta’s expertise aligns perfectly with Yatra’s B2B-first strategy rooted in enterprise sales and strong technology foundation.
In the past year, Yatra has experienced strong corporate traction, onboarding 148 new corporate clients with a collective annual potential business value exceeding ?700 crore. This leadership change positions Yatra strongly to build on that momentum and drive towards its next phase of scale and innovation.
