Uno Mindarika Private Limited, a leading automotive components manufacturer and a joint venture between Uno Minda Group and Tokai Rika (Japan), has announced the appointment of Amrita Singh as its new Business HR Head, effective 19 November 2025. Amrita Singh brings nearly two decades of diversified experience in human resources, spanning talent acquisition, capability building, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Before joining Uno Mindarika, she served as the Head of HR – Infotainment at Denso Ten Uno Minda, where she played a key role in building people-centric systems aligned with business transformation initiatives. Her earlier stints include leadership roles at Genpact, GMR Group, and Arvind Ltd, giving her strong exposure to both manufacturing and service-sector HR practices.
Singh holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Criminology & Correctional Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), one of India’s premier institutes for HR and social sciences education. Her academic background, combined with her extensive industry experience, positions her well to drive Uno Mindarika’s evolving people agenda.
In her new role, Singh will be responsible for shaping the HR roadmap for business units, enhancing employee engagement, strengthening workforce capabilities, and leading talent development programs. She will also focus on fostering a growth-driven culture that supports innovation, productivity, and long-term organizational sustainability.
