Madhurya Hariharan joins as Director-Human Resources at Lennox India Technology Centre

On 10 November 2025, Madhurya Hariharan was appointed as Director – Human Resources at Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC). In this role, she will lead the people and talent functions at the company, with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience, driving capability development, and deepening global collaboration.

Hariharan brings over a decade and a half of HR leadership experience, spanning India and international markets. Prior to her new position at LITC, she held senior roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), including Head – Talent Development for North America and Head – HR for the Microsoft Business Unit. Her career at TCS began in 2008 within the HR Talent Acquisition group, where she recruited experienced professionals for emerging technologies, including ERP systems.

In heading HR at LITC, Hariharan’s mandate covers shaping a culture rooted in innovation, inclusion, integrity, and excellence — values that LITC specifies as foundational to its operations. Her leadership is expected to guide the organisation’s next phase of development, reinforcing its standing as an employer of choice within the engineering and technology domain.
