Tenneco India has appointed Ashish Dadhwal as Head – Human Resources & Industrial Relations, strengthening its HR leadership at a time when the automotive components major is focusing on operational excellence, workforce capability building, and industrial harmony. In his new role, Ashish Dadhwal will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, industrial relations, talent management, workforce engagement, and compliance for Tenneco’s powertrain and manufacturing facilities, including the Patiala plant.
