Dipti Puri brings over 18 years of extensive human resources experience, covering talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and HR operations. Prior to joining Coverfox Insurance, she served as Head of People Success at LoveLocal, where she played a key role in building scalable people practices and nurturing a high-performance work culture.

Earlier in her career, Puri held important HR leadership roles across diverse industries, including assignments with GOQii, Edifice Consultants, InterGlobe Technologies, and Intelenet Group. Her cross-sector experience has enabled her to develop a well-rounded approach to human capital management, balancing business needs with employee expectations.

In her new role at Coverfox Insurance, Dipti Puri will lead the organization’s overall HR strategy, focusing on talent development, workforce planning, leadership capability building, employee experience, and strengthening organizational culture.
