Define Product Roadmap: Develop a clear and detailed product roadmap that aligns with the company’s business objectives and customer needs.
Conduct Market Analysis: Regularly research market trends, competitor products, and industry shifts to prepare product strategy.
Understand Customer Needs: Gather customer feedback through surveys, regular meetings, and other means to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
Feature Prioritization: Identify, prioritize, and manage product features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with the product strategy.
Collaborate on Product Design: Work closely with factory designers in India & Japan to ensure that product design aligns with user expectations and enhances the customer experience 
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively promote the product.
Monitor KPI: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Orders, Sales, Margins, customer retention, and other metrics that measure success of company’s Motor business.
Continuous Improvement: Gather ongoing feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement and ensure long-term success
Maintain Product Documentation: Create and update product requirement documents, user guides, and other relevant materials.
Report on Product Performance: Prepare regular reports on product performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings.
Negotiation: Attend Negotiation meetings with customers along with sales team and support sales team to win profitable & clean orders.
• Achieve consistent year-on-year Order & Sales growth of motor business in Eastern region. • Expand market share by entering new markets and strengthening presence in existing ones. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual MRP Order & Sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution. • Drive product innovation by identifying market needs and leading cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet those needs. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and quality products/services. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement. • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
