Job Description

Conduct Market Analysis: Regularly research market trends, competitor products, and industry shifts to prepare product strategy and share such information periodically to all stakeholders.
Understand Customer Needs: Gather customer feedback through surveys, regular meetings, and other means to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Product Management Team: Partner with Motor, Drives & System-GI PMT teams to create go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively promote the product.
Monitor KPI: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Orders, customer retention, New Customer, and other metrics that measure success of Company business.
Continuous Improvement: Gather ongoing feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement and ensure long-term success
Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates to Product Management team & Regional Manager on lead generation and any roadblocks.
Negotiation: Attend Negotiation meetings with customers to win profitable & clean orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Closing the Orders/deals single handedly. • Participate in pre-bid technical and commercial discussions, negotiations and receive clear Purchase Orders from clients. • Coordinate with Product Management/Application Engineering team and factories to make ordering data sheets. • Use of Sales & CRM tools for capturing leads & Enquiries. • Support the Order handling team to make arrangements to receive and deliver manufactured equipment to buyer, make invoices, receive Follow-up for payments, manage interaction with customer for acceptance, dispatches, as part of project execution process. • Support the Product management & BU management team with market information/intelligence to perform Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis and prepare reports on a) Total Available and Served Markets, b) Competition (SWOT) and c) Management Information Systems. • Achieve consistent year-on-year Order & Sales growth of TMEIC VFD business in East region.
