Job Description

HR will manage end-to-end plant HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle
management, payroll coordination, HR systems accuracy, performance processes, training initiatives, and employee
engagement.
The role partners closely with the IR function, providing data, documentation, coordination, and administrative
support for statutory compliance, inspections, and disciplinary processes, while primary accountability for IR and
authority liaison rests with the IR Manager.
