The Manufacturing HR Manager is responsible for leading Industrial Relations (IR), Plant HR
Operations, Statutory Compliance, and Contractor Workforce Management
manufacturing facility. The role ensures end-to-end compliance under labor, plant, and
environmental laws while driving effective workforce planning, employee lifecycle management,
talent development, and training initiatives.
The position acts as the key interface with statutory authorities and ensures proactive risk
mitigation to maintain a stable and compliant plant environment
