• Due diligence on enquiries & provide best suited solutions to customers.
• Study the technical specifications, commercial requirement, prepare comments & deviations, submit proposal.
• Support sales team in technical closure & secure business.
• Participate in /conducting customer seminars and to make technical presentations as & when require.
• Working for achieving Orders & Sales targets as per Business plans.
• Participate in pre-bid technical and commercial discussions along with sales team, Prepare compliance & deviations on Customer specifications, closing technical part, Scope & get agreement from Customer.
• Support Sales team with market information/intelligence to perform Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis and prepare quality proposal. Equip sales team with all necessary inputs on competitor’s strategy & offerings.
• Provide necessary support to Project Management team, Prepare Specification Sheet along with Complete scope for Sales Hands Off.
• Secure technical closure & assist sales team in securing order.
• Support the Sales team with product information, New Product development, Sharing updated applicable Map, Product improvements done by factories, etc.
• Use of Sales & CRM tools.
• Participate in pre-bid technical and commercial discussions alongwith Sales team, negotiations and receive clear Purchase Orders from clients.
• Takes accountability, and work towards continuous learning, and excellence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams and drives continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements & providing product, technical and engineering information, gaining customer acceptance/approval by explaining or demonstrating value proposition and operational improvements for their processes
• Marketing & Business Development including attending Seminars, Product Presentations, support for enlistments & vendor registrations.
• Market research & information gathering regarding markets, technologies, updates, trends, products & solutions. competitors, customers, products, etc.
• Along with sales team, periodic visits to the customer places to develop new customers and maintain existing customers - meet with the key customer persons, develop & maintain good business relationship
