• To maintain track record of all complaints/service requirements of the customer and provide timely services through dedicated Franchisees/contractors which will ensure minimum 95%+ uptime of all equipment supplied and installed by us with NH3 refrigeration.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess equipment performance, identify maintenance needs, and recommend proactive solutions to minimize down time and maximize system reliability.
• Visiting/meeting old customer /Competition customer installations along with Manager Sales & marketing and suggesting new technology for possible order conversion.
• Facilitate for Setting up of a dedicated service Centre/workshops for servicing of SRM tech & Other NH3 equipment.
• Explore and acquire Maintenance and operational contracts from customers having NH3 facilities which will result in business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to maintain AMC inquiry records & follow up till the order is executed
• Timely Reminder to clients on AMC renewal/enquirers /collections through phone/email
• Coordinate with service coordinators for AMC documents (Proposals/ Invoices /Contracts) submission / payment collections
• Maintaing good customer relationship for customer delight and repeat orders
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Do competitor mapping periodically, give report to superior and modify plan to achieve target.
• Establish connects and nurture business relationships with business influencers
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical. - Minimum 10years’ experience in service role in screw refrigeration System - Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
