1.Manage the operation in shift.
2.Shift-wise raw materials arrangement as per
production plan.
3.Manpower management
4.Wastage/give away control
5.Reports preparation of shift production
6.Plant break down reports
7.Co-ordination with store, quality & maintenance for
requirement of respective department.
? Ensuring that health & safety guidelines are
followed.
? Identifying training needs.
? Stocks transfer / MIS share to stores.
