Job Description

Identify and prioritize target corporate clients based on market analysis and business objectives.

Conduct sales presentations and pitches to showcase our services and value proposition to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Represent Ascent at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and generate leads.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
