• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently. • A proactive and customer-focused approach. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client concerns effectively. • Experience in Ad agency / design firm is a plus.
