• Driving the business& P&L of TN, Kerala, Karnataka Region, organic and inorganic with potential JV’s, and Greenfield.
• Sourcing new JV’s, practice acquisitions, business associations, in the region
• Operational Excellence of all hospitals, Patient care, Business expansion& growth, Strategic initiatives of new JV entities, Managing partner relationships
• Reach out to potential eye care practices, analyse the potential and prepare a plan of approach and present the business model to the CEO for approval
• Discuss with the prospect JV Model, and facilitate for discussions with CEO
• Follow up and conclude the valuation and Term sheet
• Work with PMI team and drive the Financial Diligence, Legal Diligence of the prospect JV
• Work with Internal and External stake holders to conclude the JV to SHA and signoff
• Plan and conduct proper pre marketing, JV launch, Initial marketing and branding activities of the JV
• Maintain cordial relationship with the JV partners, promoters, and key stakeholders, with professional communication and coordination
• Improve operational efficiencies of JV Entities with proper synergising of central functions
• Implementation of Corporate Policies, Protocols, Processes through proper integration and customisation to the system
• Coordinate and head Clinical systems integration of Maxivision Group entity, along with the JV Clinical head
• Lead the compliance, name change, and corporate affairs of the JV entity coordinating with respective functional heads at corporate office
• Execute all training programs during the change management period and handhold transition of key functions and stake holders without conflicts and disagreements
• Devise and implement staff and doctors training plans for operational excellence
• Support and drive timely integration of JV to the parent company in financial reporting, audit systems, software, MIS etc, along with PMI team
• Lead the process of ESG, Life and fire safety across all centres and ensure updating and implementation of emergency management, preventive maintenance and inspection schedules for safety management
• Achieving full compliance to organization’s statutory compliances matrix
• Implement and execute all expansion projects, lease hold improvements, equipment upgradations, inventory processes, optical sales outlets, in coordination with respective functional heads at Corporate HQ
• Report to CEO, JV Partners, internal and external stakeholders on all business aspects of the JV
• Should have between 7-10 years of experience in eye care hospital chain/day care chain management • Good understanding of P&L, and cost management • Understanding of markets, opportunities, eye care business, and market analytical skills • Experience of working in Corporate eye care platforms • Good track record of building good health care/day care business models delivering sustainable and steady growth • Experience in reporting to board and CXO level preferred • Excellent leadership skills and team building capacities • Maturity and professional communication skills to handle doctors • Graduate in any field is minimum.Post-graduate degree/diploma in management or hospital management preferred • Adept in doctors management, relationship building, PR skills, marketing orientation, crisis management • Complete understanding of health care operations and criticalities • Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple management teams at the centre level • Familiar with reporting systems, ERP, HMS, Tally
