- Driving sales of Journals (e and print) and e-books in the region
- Manage timely renewals to maintain at least 95% renewal rate
- Meeting customers for product discussion, pricing, demonstation and training. Understanding customer needs and providing relevant solutions
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationship with key accounts in the region
- Execution of sales strategy in the region
- Keep track of the institutional fund and sales oppurtunities
- Relationship development with distributors and channel partners
- Work closely with marketing team for market development, driving customer engagement and enhancing the usage
PG/Graduate with 4-8 yrs of experience in Academic/Journal/E-book sales
