Detailed Job Description of System Coordinator

• The Coordinator is responsible for performing end user and application support functions including problem solving and resolution of application function defects.
• They will partner with numerous systems’ teams to support enhancements, migrations and integrations impacting Supply Chain systems. Work closely with other systems teams to ensure that enhancements, upgrades and implementations are successfully deployed.
• Coordinator should be able to work well independently.
• Generate ad hoc reports using Crystal or SQL

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide guidance to company business channels
• Work with numerous departmental teams to support enhancements, migrations and integrations impacting the scheduling system
• Conduct and support QA testing for system as well as downstream recipients of scheduling/manufacturing data in accordance with SOX regulations
• Document system management tasks and create guides
• Serve as backup to train staff to use application effectively
• Identify and recommend solutions to data management issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

• Business Intelligence Client Tools – Intermediate knowledge and experience using Excel (functions, formulas and pivot tables) • Good verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills • Ability to execute multiple work tasks and interact effectively with multi-national clients • Ability to work independently and be flexible
