• Technical User Support and User Management
• Problem and Incident handling:
• diagnose and troubleshoot application problems
• compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports
• Service requests handling:
• Database exports/imports
• Data Quality management
• Dispatching of tickets
• Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities in applications and support processes
• Contribution to data quality and usability of applications
• Communication of user feedback to the Product Management
• Participation in building up the support knowledge base and compilation of user documentation
• Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Quality Assurance Team and Business Partners
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High level of English (spoken and written) • Creative problem solving and troubleshooting abilities • Target-oriented, structured, self-dependent and proactive way of work and good ability to abstract • Strong team player with high level of commitment and motivation • Good time management skills • Ability to work under pressure • High empathy • Oracle database and SQL knowledge • At least 1 year experience as support engineer • Strong MS Excel skills
