Job Description
Align and execute HR strategies in line with the Business requirements and create Future Roadmap for service delivery functions. Responsible to recruit critical roles with speed and ensure the right person are placed on right jobs, Design and deliver HR Strategies and outcomes especially across Talent Management and Organisational Development, Manage the end-to-end onboarding formalities for the new hires, Demonstrate tangible cost saving / process efficiencies and improvement, in areas that affect HR operations, (internal / external) covering all employee life cycle processes in close coordination with Continuous Improvement Function, Drive high performance standards throughout the teams measuring effectiveness against agreed SLAs and KPIs and providing insight to the team and the organisations stakeholders on what is required to improve operations.
