Job Description

Understand and Analyze product design requirement of customer for Automotive Body Components. Makes presentations of available data and give the input to Supervisor. Making DFMEA, DVP and identifying actions to mitigate the failures, Generating Concept Designs and to evaluating the Robust Concept which adds Value to the product, Create 3D CAD models, able to do assembly simulation and kinematics as per the guidelines given by principle design engineer. Maintain the Quality of data as per Requirements, Attends meeting with customer during design and product development phase for clarification of DVP requirements.
Generating 2D drawings, 3D annotation as per standards, applying GD&T and Calculating Tolerance stack up, Maintains the log of the Engineering changes and updates all the Bill Of Materials for the product designs. Gives inputs during product design and after product development phases in projects for betterment of the product performance, Value engineering and Value creation. Participate in individual development plan for personal and professional growth.
