Responsibilities:
Support Empowerment: Be the backbone for coaches, trainers, and sports mentors, guiding them through our comprehensive solutions to ensure their sports showcases achieve resounding success in their respective areas.
Resource Provision: Coordinate the delivery of essential tools and resources, ensuring they're tailored to meet the unique needs of each showcase, enabling organizers to showcase talent effectively.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our clients, providing ongoing support and assistance, acting as their go-to resource for any questions or concerns throughout the showcase planning and execution stages.
Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges in the showcase planning process and proactively provide solutions and guidance to ensure seamless event execution.
Feedback Collection: Act as a liaison between showcase organizers and our internal teams, gathering feedback to continually enhance and improve our solutions and services.
