2. Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, and Instagram.
3. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with the company’s brand and messaging.
4. Collaborate with external agencies, especially those associated with company marketing teams, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize social media presence.
6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust
strategies as needed.
7. Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely
and professional manner.
8. Coordinate with the Marketing and Corporate Events teams to integrate social media into broader
marketing initiatives.
9. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and corporate events.
10. Work closely with the PR team to support and contribute to PR initiatives.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successful campaigns. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. 5. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies. 6. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. 7. Familiarity with social media analytics tools. 8. Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 9. Familiarity with the healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory).
