1. Responsible for Planning and organizing production schedules. Assessing project and resource requirements Allocation of Manpower, Identification & Selection of Manpower.
2. Responsible for estimating timescales with respect to project deadlines and determining quality control standards.
3. Responsible for Ensuring zero defects in the production process, Control over production rejections, overseeing production processes, Capacity Planning & Control, Shop floor Inventory control, Minimization of overtime work & reducing of scrap generation.
4. Responsible for organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff for smooth production flow to achieve customer’s target dates
5. Responsible for supervising the work of junior staff, organizing relevant training sessions, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met 6.Responsible for Producing the projects to their right dispatched date with excellent quality
7. Responsible for Managing the machine maintenance at the right time & avoid breakouts in the production.
8. Responsible for Managing the pupils needed for the production team & educating them to a skilled level.
9. Reporting about the stages of the projects to the factory manager.
10. shift allocation for operators, on-time delivery, production schedule plan, control in rejection and rework and NC parts approval; Quality Approvals, QMS in Production.
