• Support the Group in identifying the tools, methods and interventions for determining the talent management framework; Ensure effective implementation and adherence to talent management framework
• Identify and manage career trajectory of HiPo’s, execute activities for succession planning, job rotation, career pathing, promotions, coaching and mentoring basis the guidelines
• Facilitate talent councils for discussing profiles and career movement; Document gap areas to provide inputs for development interventions
• Run frequent analysis on varied programs from time to time to ensure rightful growth
opportunities are provided to the talent pool and to make further process improvements
• Manage PMS – establish KRA’s/goals and measures, ensure timely review and finalize performance ratings
• HIPO & Succession Planning
• Competency drive through organising assessment Centre and subsequently working upon the output through Development centre.
• Support and administer incentives rollout for sales & Non Sales staff both
• Identify high performers and design career progression interventions
• Track and assist employees in their individual development plans
