• Plan, Propose and Lead the Sales Incentive and Reward and Recognition Program for Sales &Corporate.
• Review of Sales Productivity, Sales to Cost Ratio and propose initiatives to enhance sales team productivity.
• Review Headcount Demand in relation to Business Targets and finalize Manpower budget for the year in collaboration with Sales Director’s.
• Communication of Yearly Performance Management Cycle, driver Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Performance Appraisal cycle.
• Propose, review and control HR Budget for the year.
• Develop and Drive Annual Engagement Calendar for Sales & Corporate.
